UTAH – To support the University of Utah’s commitment to safety, diversity, and inclusion, the Office of the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) recently hired a new liaison to coordinate community engagement initiatives with organizations across campus, as well as implement new response protocols developed by the Racist and Bias Incident Response Team. OGDEN, Utah – A 29-year-old man may face a homicide charge after he crashed into another vehicle in Ogden, killing the driver. A silver Mitsubishi Lancer and a white Dodge pickup truck were stopped at a red light at the intersection of 12th Street and Washington Boulevard on Sunday night, according to Ogden police. At the same time, a Hyundai Santa Fe was traveling eastbound, approaching the intersection at a high rate of speed, directly behind the Lancer.
