WANSHIP, Utah — A man and woman from New Jersey were arrested after being found transporting more than 100 pounds of marijuana through Utah, authorities reported Tuesday. The incident occurred on Interstate 80 near milepost 156 in Wanship, when a Utah Highway Patrol trooper stopped a transit van for speeding. Upon approaching the vehicle, the trooper detected a strong odor of marijuana. The driver, 40-year-old Martin Davis Little, and the passenger, 28-year-old Shadaya Yvonne Weaver, both presented New Jersey driver’s licenses.
