TOOELE, Utah — A driver was hospitalized Monday afternoon following a crash involving a passenger car and a semi-truck on State Route 36 in Tooele. According to Sgt. Shawn Sagers of the Tooele Police Department, the incident occurred when a southbound passenger vehicle collided with a northbound semi-truck between 2200 and 2400 North. The driver of the car sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
