Ogden, UT – A 31-year-old man was arrested in Cedar City last week after police say he raped a 14-year-old girl in his motor home while parked at a shopping center. Luis A. Lopez was taken into custody on Thursday evening and booked into the Iron County Jail. He is facing multiple charges, including rape, object rape, forcible sodomy, possession of a controlled substance, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
