Davis County, UTAH – According to the Clinton Police Department, his name is Marc Davis and he allegedly chased the victim with a road flare outside 930 W 2300 N in Clinton. The victim received medical treatment and had severe scars. The responding officers found the 49-year-old suspect hiding under a blanket in a hole approximately 10 feet deep. The suspect pretended he was mute and would not speak, police say. He later denied throwing anything on the victim and chasing her with a flare.
