OGDEN, Utah – A Utah man has pleaded guilty to damaging federal property after being caught digging in a Yellowstone National Park cemetery in search of Forrest Fenn’s hidden treasure. Rodrick Dow Craythorn, 52, of Syracuse, Utah, entered the plea Monday in US District Court in Casper to illegally excavating or trafficking in archaeological resources and to damaging federal property. OGDEN, Utah – A Utah man is behind bars after he allegedly threatened to set off an explosive device if records staff at the Ogden City Police Department didn’t “restore his rights.” Donald Michael Hammans, 41, was booked into jail on charges of threat of terrorism, a second-degree felony, and right of way – stop signs, an infraction, according to a probable cause statement.
