OGDEN, Utah — A man was found unconscious in the roadway early Sunday morning and later died in the hospital, according to the Ogden Police Department.
At approximately 1:00 a.m. on February 23, emergency responders with the Ogden Fire Department, who were already at the scene of a different call, discovered the man lying unconscious in a turn lane near the intersection of 36th Street and Washington Boulevard.
