WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — The West Valley City Police Department’s SWAT team was called to respond to a domestic dispute involving two brothers Saturday evening near 3300 South 2000 West.
According to officials, officers arrived on the scene at approximately 7 p.m. After initial contact, one of the brothers left the residence, while the other remained inside the home.
As of 10:30 p.m., police continued to maintain a presence at the location, working to resolve the situation peacefully. No injuries have been reported at this time.
Authorities have not released further details regarding the dispute or the identities of the individuals involved. The investigation remains ongoing.
The West Valley City Police Department reminded the public to avoid the area while officers manage the incident.
