OGDEN, Utah — An Ogden man faces a felony charge after police say he hit and killed a pedestrian, then drove away but returned to the scene a short time later. Jesus Hernandez, 37, was charged Monday in 2nd District Court with leaving the scene of an accident involving death, a third-degree felony.
