Clint James Pendleton, 29, of Provo, is facing charges of attempted possession of carfentanil with intent to distribute, marking the first federal carfentanil prosecution in Utah. Eden, Utah — A tragic head-on collision outside Eden on Monday evening has resulted in the death of a 72-year-old woman. The Weber County Sheriff’s Department (WCSD) responded to the scene at approximately 7:45 p.m. near mile marker three on Highway 158, located about a mile southwest of the town.
