Ogden, UT  — A contentious bill aiming to limit or eliminate collective bargaining rights for public sector labor unions remains on hold, with Utah Senate leaders uncertain about when it will be revisited. Ogden, Utah — Nearly nine years after a West Valley man was gunned down in a gang-related shooting, authorities have arrested a suspect in connection to the murder. Jimmy Lopez, now 26, was taken into custody and will face charges related to the 2016 death of Marvin Lopez, a 24-year-old from West Valley City.
