ST. GEORGE, Utah — Authorities are investigating the discovery of a body near the Stucki Springs Trail, just outside of St. George, on Thursday, Jan. 30. The body was found by a mountain biker who was riding along the trail around 1 p.m. Ryan Moore, a spokesperson for Santa Clara-Ivin Fire Rescue, confirmed the discovery to ABC4.com. SALT LAKE CITY — A captain with the Salt Lake City Fire Department has been charged with sexual abuse following allegations that he assaulted two students while working as an EMT instructor at a local community college. Christopher David Burk, 41, has been charged with six counts of second-degree felony forcible sex abuse and one count of third-degree felony attempted forcible sexual abuse.
