Utah – Utah Gov. Spencer Cox reminded farmers and ranchers that applications are open for the Utah Food Security Grant, an opportunity aimed at strengthening the state’s agricultural supply chain. Cox highlighted the challenges many Utah producers face, noting that farmers and ranchers often lack nearby options to process, store and distribute the products they grow and raise.
