Ogden, UT – A 52-year-old man with a violent history was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a horrific assault that occurred in Draper, Utah, in October. Robert Reins faces charges including attempted murder, aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated assault, according to court documents. He is currently being held without bail.
