OGDEN, UT — A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an arson that destroyed an under-construction apartment building in Ogden over the weekend. The incident began on January 7, 2025, when 37-year-old Joshua Emmett Barnes allegedly approached a private security guard at 1594 West North Temple and demanded a ride.
