Clint James Pendleton, 29, of Provo, is facing charges of attempted possession of carfentanil with intent to distribute, marking the first federal carfentanil prosecution in Utah. OGDEN, UT — A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an arson that destroyed an under-construction apartment building in Ogden over the weekend. The fire, which was reported at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, quickly engulfed the building, located across from the Ogden Public Safety Building at 2186 Lincoln Avenue.
