SALT LAKE CITY — A captain with the Salt Lake City Fire Department has been charged with sexual abuse following allegations that he assaulted two students while working as an EMT instructor at a local community college. Christopher David Burk, 41, has been charged with six counts of second-degree felony forcible sex abuse and one count of third-degree felony attempted forcible sexual abuse. GARLAND, Utah — Ned Brady Hansen, the fire chief of Tremonton, has been arrested and charged with eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor following an investigation into the sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online. The charges stem from a report submitted to law enforcement by the Kik messaging app, which flagged several disturbing videos and images linked to Hansen’s account.
